IGC’s Data Warehouse solution is purpose-built to accommodate the complex requirements of today’s transportation management systems. Our system architecture uses independent components allowing for seamless storage of data received from servers, routers, switches and ITS devices such as DMS, VMS, MVDS, etc. The data is collected by active monitoring of devices through NTCIP and heartbeat monitoring and can be collected from other resources and applications.

In addition, the data stored in the Data Warehouse can be extracted, mined, re-engineered, reformatted, and new derivatives created to maximize the long term value of the information, which can be presented in an easy to use and understandable dashboard.

The System management Dashboard offers a turn-key flexible operations management dashboard providing a quick view into the status of the system with drill capability. It is fully customizable and can provide:

Ticket Management System is the additional module to facilitate repairs and resolution of any infrastructure issues with integrated reporting and ticket routing and tracking. It provides quick resolution of issues while reporting on the overall impact of the event in the system integrated with our easy to use dashboard. Intelligent asset management with health monitoring, security access and failure alert: provides users with easy to use interface that show status of each device within the monitored domain and reports the overall impact of the failed entity on the entire system. IGC solutions use direct communication with devices as well as historical data about the behavior of device to report any failure. It provides reporting and ticket routing integrated with the back-end asset management software. Our solution provide security with history of access to hardware, software and network subsystems within the monitored domains. Working together with agencies and contractors, IGC incorporates software programs that meet the varied needs of each network and agency unique systems.
